Do I have to give a deposit ?
A deposit might be required for your rental. It will be given back after your event and after the machine inspection.
What happens if I damage the machine ?
Our photobooth are pretty resistant but in any case our insurance company will most of the case cover the damage, otherwise your home insurance should cover it. We might ask you a copy of your insurance policy.
Is the price shown include delivery and setup ?
Yes, the delivery, setup and collection is included in the price quoted as long you are located in 20km raduis from Cannes otherwise our quote will indicate the extra for delivery.
Is there any electrical rrequirements ?
Just a simple electrical plug is needed !
How many pictures can I print ?
It depends on the package... but most of the time our photoboth are set to print 400 photos.
Can I obtain a digital copy of my pictures after my event ?
We keep all the picture on a protected cloud... A link will given to you to access to your online gallery, the gallery will be online for 12 months more than enough to let you and your guests download the photos...
Will someone be attending to the my event to help us take the pictures ?
You decide ! Our photobbooth software is simple enough to be used by anyone but may you need an assistant we can provide you one for extra.
Can we setup the photobooth outside ?
Yes you can depending on the weather forecast of course. We do recommend you to keep the setup inside but if you prefer to have it outside you must get the approval from a member of our team.
Is the photobooth suited for kids ?
This is a sure YES ! The photobooth is so simple to use that children won't need any help... However it is not a toy so we will ask you to keep an eye on your kids to prevent any damage.
My event is lasting longer than expected, can I keep the photobooth a bit more ?
If there is no other event set on your calendar it will be with a great pleasure !! Altough an extra might be charged .
What geographical area do you cover ?
We are based in Cannes and we manily cover events from Monaco to St Tropez, please contact us via our contact form if you need a photobooth outside of this range.
What is the quality of the photos ?
We use professionnal cameras for most of our photobooth as well as professionnal printers to give the best shot at your event. The combination of Canon reflex camera and DNP professionnal printer will insure you the best shots at your event.

Cancellation policy
We have a plan if you have to cancelled your event because of the Coronavirus !
We give flexible options so you can peacefully book with us.

No penalties will be charged to you for a cancellation at least 15 days before your event.
A one year voucher will be issued to you with no extra fees
You can choose any other date for your event at the same price (subject to availability).
